I am not sure if you'll remember me, but I am the (some may say )lady who ordered the cooked horseshoe honey roast ham and turkey. My family had been going to the same butcher in Weaverham for 20 years and he decided to close up!
After calling several butchers and hearing cries of ' sorry love , never heard of it' and ' we don't do that 'ere' you kindly offered to make it. Well, it was sensational and my 62 year old Mother was blown away ( she is Irish- she knows her ham !)
