Ingredients
- 200ml ketchup manis
- 150ml water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger, diced
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 2 large red chillies, sliced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh coriander, stalks chopped and leaves picked
- 4 thick cut boned Pork chops
Preparation method
- Whisk together the ketchup manis, water, garlic, diced ginger, lime, 1 chopped chilli, 1 sliced spring
onion, and coriander stalks. Put the pork chops in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Cover with cling
film and marinade in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Shake off the excess marinade and cook on hot bbq bars or in a non stick frying pan for around 4
minutes on each side, turning occasionally. Brush with leftover marinade as you cook and serve topped
with the rest of the sliced spring onions, chilli and coriander leaves.
