Ingredients
For the marinade
- 125ml soy sauce
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestshire sauce
- 100ml Bourbon whisky
- 1 tbsp honey
Preparation method
- Mix together the marinade ingredients in a bowl then add the steaks and rub until covered all over.
Marinade for 1 hour then wipe off any excess oil and cook for 1 minute both sides on hot BBQ bars or a
non stick pan. Brush with leftover marinade whilst cooking.
- The steaks will be pink if cooked for 1 minute each side, so for well done cook for 2-3 minutes on each
side.
